Major letdown with advertised WiFi. not a single signal throughout the entire stay. The outdoor pool remained closed despite good weather, and the parking is a hassle, especially when hauling luggage for the family. The place could use some refurbishing. the sofas are worn out, and cleanliness is a concern, with musty odors lingering that aren't exactly welcoming. It felt like a walk back in time, which isn't always charming, especially with a worn playground and dated facilities overall.

A cozy stay with room for growth

Our stay was filled with laughter and joy as the kids ran excitedly towards the pool. The spacious four-bedroom house made every moment enjoyable, despite a few hiccups.

We were disappointed by the missing essentials like dishwasher tablets, and some furniture showed signs of wear. A drying rack would have also been a helpful addition.

The stay was overall pleasant, with plenty of activities available for the family. We enjoyed the spacious two-bedroom house, which had room for everyone to relax, and the indoor pool was a great hit with the kids. we did encounter issues with slow WiFi and a few maintenance problems in the house which detracted from the experience.

we stayed in a two-bedroom house and it was super comfy and had loads of space for us. the kids just loved the swimming pool and soft play areas, they could spend all day there. also, the staff were super friendly n helpful which made our stay even better. the food at the restaurant was pretty good n affordable. The kids ate free on some days which was a nice surprise. the place is in a great location, really close to lots of beaches.

the biggest downside was that there was no decent wifi and the network was super slow, which was really annoying for us. also, the house could’ve used some freshening up, it felt a bit dated in spots.

The indoor pool was fun, but the WiFi signal was terrible.

It was a reliable pick for a city holiday in Newquay with decent value for money. The pool was fine, just needed some TLC.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far from acceptable. we spotted spiders and ants, and finding pet hair on the sofa was disappointing. Basic necessities like toilet paper and hand soap weren’t provided, which felt like something should have been stocked for our stay. the parking was cramped, making it a challenge during peak times, and the decor in our unit could really use some updating—the bathroom tiles had noticeable cracks.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness throughout the Atlantic Reach Resort, especially the accessible paths and friendly staff, which made navigation easy and enjoyable for someone like me. The gardens added a lovely touch to our stay.

More seating in dining areas would be appreciated.

Cutting through the noise

Staying in a spacious four-bedroom house was a delight! With six adults, the generous layout was perfect. The amenities were appealing, and even though we didn’t partake in all the facilities, the atmosphere felt lively. Just a short drive to Newquay, it’s an ideal base for families ready to explore the stunning Cornish coastline.

Had an awesome time with friends at the four-bedroom house! The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a blast, and the nearby adventure trail kept us active. With spacious living for six adults, it was super comfortable. We really enjoyed the café and pub on-site, making this stay a great getaway!

One downside was that the check-in time was later than expected at 5pm, which felt a bit odd. It would have been nicer to settle in earlier after a long drive.

We loved the outdoor playground and the indoor pool was a huge hit with the kids. The hot tub was fantastic, especially for winding down in the evenings. The entertainment team was awesome—always something fun going on, like the playful football golf and engaging kids' activities.

atlantic reach resort is located perfectly, with easy access to both coasts. the indoor pool is lovely, and the kids loved the laser tag setup. we found the gym impressive, one of the largest in cornwall! there are so many activities available for families, making it a fun trip.
